Threaded Roots offers private pay only services.
We do not bill insurance directly, allowing us to focus entirely on personalized care without insurance restrictions or red tape.
Superbills Available Upon Request
A superbill is an itemized receipt for healthcare services that you can submit to your insurance company to request out-of-network reimbursement.
Insurers require a formal medical diagnosis code on the superbill to process out-of-network claims.
Superbills are not available for those who do not have a formal diagnosis.
Insurance reimbursement is never guaranteed.
