Parent Coaching

Who It’s For:  Parent of children ages 2-16 years old

Child Guidance

Interest and play-based, 1:1 support designed to help kids navigate big feelings, daily transitions, and self-advocacy. Designed around what your child needs most in a warm, low-pressure environment.

What We Might Focus On 

  • Emotional Regulation & Body Awareness: Identifying emotions, recognizing body cues, noticing behavioral patterns, and learning personalized coping tools.

  • Communication & Self-Advocacy: Asking for help, handling denied access, navigating waiting, and expressing needs clearly.

  • Daily Skills & Executive Function: Planning, organization, study skills, and smooth transitions between activities.

  • Social & Problem-Solving Skills: Navigating relationships, perspective taking, resolving conflicts, attending, and practicing self-reflection through natural play.​​

 

Who It’s For:  Children ages 6-16 years old

*Note: Some children may be able to participate virtually. ​
