An initial assessment and treatment plan is required before beginning coaching services.
Golden Threads Coaching provides one-on-one parent support with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles. Coaching is designed to help parents create meaningful change through practical strategies, emotional understanding, and value-driven connection with their child. Each plan is personalized to your family’s needs and rooted in compassionate, evidence-based guidance.
Who It’s For:

Families with children ages 2–16 years

Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, ODD, or other developmental or behavioral diagnoses

Parents seeking general behavioral support without a formal diagnosis

Families who want to strengthen relationships, improve routines, or learn new strategies for daily challenges
What It Includes:

Direct 55-minute coaching sessions with a BCBA focused on your goals and family environment

Integration of ABA and ACT to strengthen communication, flexibility, and emotional regulation

Collaborative parent training to build confidence and reduce daily stress

Support for identifying and working through barriers that impact consistency and progress

Relationship-centered strategies for addressing challenging behaviors and teaching skills

Guidance in balancing structure, flexibility, and connection
