Rooted with Golden Threads Bundle

Rooted with Golden Threads is a guided, connection-focused program designed for families who want to go beyond learning what to do — and truly understand why behaviors happen and how to create meaningful change at home. This blended model combines Group Coaching and Individual Parent Coaching, helping families build insight in a shared learning environment and then apply that knowledge through personalized support. Grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), this program weaves understanding, practice, and connection into every session.

An initial assessment and treatment plan is required before beginning the Rooted with Golden Threads program.

What It Includes:

  • Seven 90-minute group coaching sessions focused on understanding behavior, learning evidence-based strategies, and connecting with other parents

  • Four 55-minute individual parent coaching sessions focused on personalizing and implementing group learning within your home routines (telehealth or in-home; travel fees may apply)

  • Collaborative goal planning and progress reviews

  • Ongoing communication and resource support between sessions
